A 1:12 scale electric-powered radio-controlled model of a Royal Naval X-craft four-man submarine of circa 1943,
built by J. Bertola, the hull with external details including working aft hydroplanes and rudders, hatches, welded panels, attack periscope, diesel exhaust, rivet detail, hand rails, free flooding holes, side cargo containers and three-blade brass propeller, finished in black. Power plant details include 500E electric motor and 2:1 reduction gearbox, six-channel Futaba radio-control system operating rudder, planes, dive pump with reversible switch gear, motor, 43HVR speed control with battery eliminator for receiver, all powered by a rechargeable 6v dry cell battery -- 16 x 51½in.
