modelled as a cook, wearing eighteenth century dress, seated holding a plucked goose, seated between shell-moulded bowls, painted to the interior with sprays of flowers and lesser sprigs, on scoll-moulded base, blue crossed swords mark, incised C.81., circa 1880 (restored) -- 25cm. wide
