after a model by Michel Victor Acier and Johann Carl Schönheit, modelled as a gallant and companion, seated and standing before a plinth surmounted by an urn, on a rocky mound oval base, gadrooned to the lower section, blue crossed swords mark, incised E74 and 73, Pressnummer 70, circa 1870 (replacement cover, some minor chips and losses) -- 22.5cm. high overall
