A Canton ivory card case in fitted leather box
19th Century
carved and pierced in high relief with figures amongst pavilions, flowers, foliage and a river scene with a monogrammed oval panel to the centre; two similar ivory card cases with oval panels, surrounded by figures at leisure in fenced gardens, pavilions and tree boats, before pine and flowering branches; and an ivory card case carved allover with figures in flowering gardens before pagodas -- 4¼in. (10.9cm.) high max., (very minor chips to exremities).
