sinew sewn and lazy-stitched in yellow and two shades of blue on a white beaded ground, central panel, each side deocrated with two columns of three rectangles flanking a thin linear element, top panel, with three linear elements on hide ground and bands of barred elements along the sides and encircling the top, below, three triangular tabs with green pigment and beads along the edges overhanging hide fringe, hide tie at top
