CRAIGLEE
The historic bluestone winery at Craiglee was built by J. S. Johnston in 1865, set in grounds planted with beautiful Moreton Bay Fig trees,....since the 1985 vintage the wines have shown extraordinary consistency of quality. The wine is different from any other, reflecting the unique site, having earthy, pepper, raspberry and black olive aromas, a tightly structured palate and iron-like tannins. A cooler expression of shiraz, they age well, becoming more earthy and complex, with softer tannins and length.
