Two Art Deco Cases, One By Rozanes
Both of rectangular shape, the first suspended from a rock crystal open circle and onyx ball and black enamel chain with central floral jade carving, black enamel and diamond palmette borders to the push-piece opening to reveal a mirror, two powder compartments and a lipstick holder; (one diamond deficient, one onyx ball chipped), circa 1925; the second with central black enamel and diamond lozenge-shaped plaque to the white and black enamelled border opening to reveal a mirror, (9 diamonds deficient), circa 1930, the first measuring 16.0 cm.x 4.0, in brown suede fitted pouch, the second 7.1 cm. x 4.5 cm.
