A Lowestoft blue and white chamber candlestick
the baluster nozzle moulded with leaves above a reeded section, the leaf-shaped drip pan moulded with leaves below a serrated rim, applied with a ring handle, painted with insects and scattered sprigs, below a dentil rim, painter's numeral 4, circa 1770 (faint glaze crack to base, some minute chips to rim and light staining) -- 16.5cm. long
