modelled seated, he wearing a plumed hat, jacket, flowered waistcoat and breeches, playing a mandoline with a hound at his feet, she wearing a pink bodice and apron above yellow skirts, holding a spray of flowers, a sheep tied by a blue ribbon standing at her feet, on round scroll-moulded bases applied with flowers, blue crossed swords marks, circa 1765 (some losses, restoration and replacements) -- 20cm. high
