Of rectangular form, one side with an oinochoe in relief, the other side with a phiale, the front panel with an inscription reading, "D(is) M(anibus), CORNELI PRIMITIVI, C CORNELIVS, FELIX, ALUMNO, KARISSIMO FECIT", To the spirits of the dead, Gaius Cornelius, the favorable made this (tomb) of Cornelius Primitivus (first born), for his most beloved pupil"
