Title printed in red and black with large woodcut of the "horoscopion," dedication to Mathias Held dated 14 August 1532, 26 woodcut illustrations in the text, 18 illustrating problems of surveying, one historiated woodcut initial. (Title slightly soiled and with small repair in lower gutter margin, small repairs to gutters of D1 and D4, a few other small marginal tears or repairs.) 19th-century half morocco (broken), previously bound with one or more other works, traces of an index tab. Provenance: John Carter Brown Library (inkstamps, bookplate, release stamp).
