lithograph, 1895, on thin, buff wove paper, first state (of two), before the removal of the figure of Lavallière and the reduction of the image, a good impression, with the artist's red monogram stamp (L. 1338), from the edition of only twenty, published by E. Kleinmann, Paris (Adriani and Wittrock knew of only four impressions in the second state), with margins, one or two small losses and nicks mainly at the left and right sheet edges, otherwise generally in good condition
