A Dutch delft dated polychrome figure of Autumn
1768, 1768/3 in manganese
Modelled as a young man with a hod of fruit on his back and holding a bunch of grapes in his raised left hand, wearing a manganese hat, breeches and shoes, blue frock-coat and yellow waistcoat, supported by a blue tree-stump on an oval green mound base (some very minor chipping and flaking to extremeties)
