A Sevres cup, cover and trembleuse saucer
1782, blue interlaced L's enclosing date letter ee, blue mark for Bunel, incised 3/a B9 to cup and 3/a to saucer
The cup of tapering cylindrical form with entwined double loop handle with gilt foliage terminals, the shallow domed cover with gilt plum finial with foliage terminals, painted with scattered blue and pink flower-sprays with green and ochre foliage between gilt dentil and line rims (saucer with rim chip, slight wear to gilding of upper rim of cup and terminals of finial, cover with slight sanding)
