An 18th-Century English brass universal equinoctial ring dial,
unsigned the meridian ring with suspension point, engraved on one side in two quadrants, the other side with declination scale graduated 0° - 90° but the numerals engraved on the equinoctial ring, the pivoted equinoctial ring graduated in hours I-XII (x2), the bridge with sliding pin-hole sight and engraved with calendar scales -- 6in. (15.2cm.) diameter
