A PAIR OF ORMOLU-MOUNTED CHINESE FAMILLE VERTE PORCELAIN CACHEPOTS
The porcelain Kangxi (1662-1722), the top and side mounts possibly Regence, the base mount probably Louis XVI
Each with gadrooned rim above the slightly tapering body decorated with shaped cartouches with autumn grass and peonies, the pierced sides with channelled foliate handles above scrolling acanthus and centred by a palmette plume, above a stiff-leaf base, the interior with a zinc liner
