Cattier, Clos du Moulin--Vintage Blend 1989/88/86
One the finest Champagnes produced and in tiny quantities currently about 1,500 cases. It is made from a small parcel of low yielding grapes in this superb vineyard with a rigorous selection process, the wines are then left on their lees for between 5 and 7 years. Only released as a blend of three of the finest vintages.
