The lancet case with brass handles to the sides and on bracket feet, the arched brass dial with silvered chapter ring with retail signature OETZMANN & CO. HAMPSTEAD ROAD, scroll spandrels and matted centre, the twin barrel movement with anchor escapement and strike on gong, stamped on the backplate for Winterhalder & Hofmeier -- 12½in. (32cm.) high
