A Worcester composite blue-bordered landscape-decorated fluted part tea and coffee-service
Circa 1780, blue crescent marks
Each piece painted with a wooded river landscape within a circular turquoise and black husk and gilt-line cartouche surrounded by bouquets, scattered butterflies and insects, beneath bright underglaze-blue borders gilt with interlocking loop ornament edged by gilt C-scrolls and dentil rims, comprising:


A barrel-shaped teapot, cover and a stand
A sugar-bowl and cover
A shaped oval milk-jug
A slop-basin
Two saucer-dishes in sizes
Eight tea bowls
Ten coffee-cups
Twelve saucers
(some pieces with minor cracks and chips, one teabowl extensively damaged)
