A Frankfurt blue and white stepped-rectangular inkstand
Circa 1670, the white well and sander associated
Painted with dense scrolling foliage, the tray and sides with buildings in landscapes, the reverse with Christ calling the Disciples, the upper part applied with six knobs (chips and wear to glaze, the feet perhaps reduced, two finials at front lacking)
