The rectangular molded cornice above an incised decorated frieze over a tripartite panelled backboard centered by an applied circular fan enclosed by similar quarter fans, all above an outset shelf with shaped edge over a molded frieze with outset center and sides above a panelled frame with molded surrounds, on similar rectangular supports, all on a red and mustard painted ground with black detailing
