The rectangular hinged top with banded edge and line inlay centering an oval-inlaid reserve depicting a moth within foliate design opening to a conforming case with compartmented interior with later glass tumbler flanked by two removable boxes with hinged lids, all with similar banding and inlaid edges above an oval reserve with inlaid shell and two addorsed bird ivory escutcheons, all flanked by bookend inlaid reserves, all over a banded base
