Circa 1849
Modelled as a three-storey thatched farmhouse with side extension, applied with grassy tufts, on shaped oval base moulded with two sheep
9in. (23cm.) wide;
a model of a church, with two towers and central clock face -- 10½in. (26.6cm.) high; a spill vase modelled with an angel above two sleeping children -- 8¾in. (22cm.) high; an English pearlware spill vase modelled as a boy playing the bagpipes, seated with his hound, circa 1820 -- 6½in. (16cm.) high; and a late Tenderness group (5)

No VAT will be charged on the hammer price, but VAT at 17.5% will be added to the buyer's premium which is invoiced on a VAT inclusive basis.
