A 1980s Seiko lady's steel and gilt quartz wristwatch, the black dial with baton markers, quartz movement and oblong case with snap on back -- 18cm. diam.; a blouse of dove grey silk labelled Danielle Dumar and a black silk scarf/necktie; accompanied by one colour and one black and white publicity still of Lois Maxwell wearing the watch, blouse and scarf seated in M's office with James Bond [Roger Moore], Q [Desmond Llewellyn], Frederick Gray [Geoffrey Keen] and M [Robert Brown], the publicity stills for the 1985 United Artists/Eon film A View To A Kill, (both printed later) -- 8x10in. Although Lois Maxwell had a larger part than usual in this her farewell performance as Miss Moneypenny, featuring in a racing sequence alongside Bond, Q and M, the scene in which she wears the clothes in this lot appears to have been devised solely for publicity purposes and was not included in the film.
