signed, production drawing, pencil and black felt pen on tracing paper, with a number of detailed annotations including: Cords Or Wires Under Tension - Solitaire's "Scissors" To Be Able To Cut Thru (sic) During Fight Sequence On Train, Centre Hole To Be Large Enough To Go Round Window Rail On Train and This End To Be Redesigned To Enable Tee Hee To Pick Up A Cigarette From Smooth Surface, signed and dated Syd Cain, 1972 -- 13x8¼in. 33x21cm.), mounted on paper for display purposes, overall measurements -- 16x11in. Specialist note

Apparently, when designing an artificial arm for Tee Hee [Julius W Harris], Syd Cain found modern prosthetics too sophisticated, and instead designed an arm based on an old-fashioned mechanical device. Tee Hee's arm eventually leads to his downfall, when Bond [Roger Moore] attaches it to the train window.
