Edward the Confessor, Expanding Cross type (BEH E), Light Coinage with basic bust, Southwark, Leofraed, obv. EDP-RD REX, rev. LIOFRE ON SVO:, pellet at end of each limb of expanding cross and flaw (pellet?) in 3rd quarter, 13.5 grains, 0.87g (N.820; S.1176; cf BMC 1246 and SCBI Glasgow 1043; Leofred noted by Parsons, BNJ XIII, p53, but at London), some corrosion, almost very fine, very rare, the only moneyer of the type at the mint, only two specimens (BM and Glasgow) listed by Freeman
