punched and heightened in coloured enamels with Chinese characters, figures, buildings, cloudbands and foliate ornament, signed to the rim -- 17¼in. (44cm) diam

Lot Essay

The inscription to the rim of the bowl translates as:
'Jing xing zhai xian qi', (Respectfully made at the Studio of Heavenly Treasures in Yunnan).
