The case with canted angles, on toupie feet, the rectangular trunk door with hollowed corners and a glazed lenticle, the arched hood with turned pilasters and gilt-metal capitals surmounted by three later figural finials, with panelled sides (lacking glass panels), the painted Roman and Arabic dial with foliate pierced spandrels and a painted village scene to the arch, brass pierced steel hands and alarm, the four pillar movement with strike on two bells, restorations and associated
