With gadrooned, beaded, foliate banding overall, the shaped rectangular cornice with a lion-mask flanked by two lyres and a sphinx to each corner, above a pair of glazed doors enclosing three shelves and a silk-lined interior, the lower section with a pair of silk-lined doors flanked by an Egyptian herm pilasters, headed by a laurel-leaf wreath, on turned reeded feet, with depository label for 'D H WARLINGS LTD. / Mrs Watson No. 15 MARKET PLACE SALISBURY', the doors probably previously filled with silk-backed trellis.
