A VICTORIAN SILVER SIX-PIECE TEA AND COFFEE SERVICE**
Mark of Edward Farrell, London, 1839; the kettle on stand and tea caddy mark of John Samuel Hunt, London, 1860
Comprising a kettle on stand with burner, coffee pot, teapot, open sugar bowl, cream jug and tea caddy; each on four mask feet, the body chased with rustic tavern scenes after Teniers, the sugar bowl and cream jug with handles formed as a drunken figure seated on a branch, the kettle, coffee pot and teapot with drunken figure finial, foliate-capped scroll handles with ivory insulators and a mask-clad bird-head spout, the kettle on circular openwork stand with three claw and ball feet centering a removable burner (now missing cover), marked on or under bodies, under covers, on finials, wing nuts, burner and stand, the teapot cover apparently unmarked, the kettle and tea caddy also stamped HUNT & ROSKELL LATE STORR & MORTIMER
