Inverted pyriform on a circular foot, the swirling fluted body chased with panels of rocaille and diaperwork on a matted ground, with cast scroll spout and bifurcated leafy branch handle with ivory insulators, the hinged domed cover with flame finial, one side of body engraved with a Duke's coronet and crest, marked under base, on handle and cover bezel, also stamped STORR & MORTIMER under base and with scratchweight No. 1=31.0
