A set of four late Victorian oak and ebonised side chairs by Lamb
each buttoned padded back with a bobbin supported lapetted top-rail between turned and inalid uprights and with a buttoned seat upholstered in dark green velvet on tapering ring-turned legs joined by an unusual arrangement of turned stretchers and with porcelain castors, each chair stamped LAMB, MANCHESTER and no. 31965
