The circular convex plate with ebonized reeded inner slip and lotus leaf reeded frame, surmounted by a seated ram upon a rocky cropping issuing scrolling oak leaves and acorns, the two scrolled spirally-fluted arms terminating in scalloped cut-glass drip pans and cylindrical nozzles, with acanthus base centered by a shell clasp, with an obliterated printed paper label
