The upper breakfronted section with a pair of glazed mullioned doors flanked by two further glazed doors above a later bank of two drawers, supported on a larger conforming case with central pull-out butler's drawer enclosing a later green tooled-leather writing surface and a combination of pigeonholes and drawers, above two doors enclosing a later drawered interior, flanked by two banks of five graduated drawers, on plinth base, decorated throughout with penwork and inlaid palmettes and ribbon-tied husk-swags, mounts later, restorations, penwork decoration to top of base section later
