Of oval tapering cylindrical form with scroll finial and handles, with central agate starburst panel enriched with pearl and ruby 'jewels' reserved on ivory, edged by similar 'diadems' and 'gems' on pale-yellow and further turquoise 'jewelled' reserves on the embossed gold ground
