Horus in the form of a hawk standing on a hollow cylindrical shrine base with rectangular shrine door opening, flanked by two relief cobras on either side, the back decorated with a relief figure of a vulture with outspread wings, holding two maat (truth) feathers in each claw, (the Horus crown missing), mounted, with a presentation case
