Arabic manuscript on paper, 9ll. large black naskh, Persian interlinear translation in red, illuminated roundels between verses, divisions of text marked marginally with illuminated medallions, sura heading in white in illuminated cartouche in blue and gold floral panel - 45.5 x 32cm.; another, 9ll. small black eastern Kufic, interlinear commentary written diagonally in similar smaller script, probably Iraq, 13th century -21.5 x 15cm.; another, 9ll. black eastern Kufic, vowelling in red and green, yellow roundels between verses, illumianted marginal medallion, Near East, 12th/13th century - 18.5 x 13.5cm.; and another, Arabic manuscript on vellum, 16ll. dark brown Kufic, vowelling in red and green, green circles or gold roundels between verses, later gold margins between black rules, gold and blue foliate illumination in margins, Near East or North Africa, 9th century - 14 x 20cm., all mounted
