William Herbert (c. 1500-1569) was the 1st Earl of Pembroke of the second creation, (cr. 11 Oct 1551) and was the son of the natural (illegitimate) son of the first Earl of Pembroke of the first creation. His first wife was the sister of Catherine Parr, surviving sixth wife of Henry VIII
