Of serpentine shape, the bombé sides decorated with a panel of blossom, above a foliate-moulded grotesque mask, the ends with roses, each corner moulded as a griffin head with scrolling foliate terminal, on octagonal feet, the interior with gilt-latticed rim, decorated with sprays of gilt flowers
