The parcel-gilt blue and white enamel dial signed Kinable/Paris, with pierced hands and Arabic numerals, the twin-train movement striking on a bell, the whole inset in a raised elliptical case surmounted by a flared fluted finial issuing trailing flowers, flanked to either side by scantily-draped young maidens, one presenting a garland to a young putto, on an inverted breakfront plinth centred with a low relief showing putti engaged in various activities, flanked by ribbon-tied Apollinian masks, on beaded inverted toupie feet
