The circular top centred with a breccia verde d'Egitto central tondo surrounded by a radiating design of various marble specimens including verde antico, rosso antico, bianco e nero antico, brocatello, occhio di pavone, breccia pavonazza sfrangiata, breccia corallina, lumachella, porphyry, alabaster, granite and others, within a breccia rossa apenninica border, the base with a serpentine frieze decorated with shells, 'C'-scrolls and foliage, on three conformingly decorated acanthus-capped scrolling sabre-shaped legs joined by a circular tier decorated with a central covered urn, above a waved concave-sided triangular platform, on foliate-capped scrolling feet
