With 54 photogravures, 103 woodcuts in the text and 3 pages of maps, the photogravures each approximately 8 x 5¼ in. (20.3 x 13.3 cm.) or the reverse, 27 signed in the plate by Emerson. Half green leather, titled in gilt on spines, t.e.g., 4°. (2)
