for a period of service between 1900 and 1917[?], watercolours of mainly P&O line vessels including Oriental, Coromandel, Malacca, Moldavia, Sobroan (on rocks) and others, scenes of colonial India, cartoons, caricatures, photographs of daily activities and incidents on and off board, including some Boer War; together with several copies of an unofficial on board paper, The Shellback and five 6½ x 8½in. T.F. Ozanne engravings of coastal French vessels, the album bound between tooled Morocco leather hardboards with gilt-edged pages -- 15 x 10in. (38 x 25.3cm.)
