the 5¾in. diameter card set within liquid-filled gimball mounted bowl, the rim stamped PATT.0195A No.6148H.S. with detachable azimuth circle and shades, brass hood with hinged cover to glazed port, light slides, lamp housing etc, the body with white-painted 'Kelvin' magnetic correction spheres on brass wings, Flinders bar, electric mounts, magnet chamber access, the whole set in a brass deck-securing mount -- 51¾in. (131.5cm.) high
