A detailed exhibition standard 1:24 scale sailing model of the London Fire Brigade Fireboat London Phoenix, Pennant No. H23Z, circa 1995
built by D.J. Abbot, with wooden hull with twin shafts, three-blade propellers and rudders (motors and radio control removed) and external details including whip and radar aerials, anchors, winches, deck rails, branches, glazed superstructure with wheel house with full internal detailing and sliding doors, horns, hose reels, lockers, companionways, netting, generator, aft crane, dory in stern chocks and much other fine details. Finished in black, orange and white, the dory in red and variously lettered 'Fire Rescue Patrol'; 'London Fire Brigade' and 'Fire Rescue' and mounted on a black display base -- 16¾ x 42in.
