27-460 Q, with nickel finished lever movement, 37 jewels, 18K gold rotor, the silvered matt dial with applied baton numerals, gilt dauphine hands, windows for the day and month, sector for phases of the moon combined with the date, eccentric leap year indicator between 3 and 4 o'clock, the circular case with wide bezel, downturned triangular lugs, snap on back (no. 2805718, ref. 3450), together with an 18K gold Patek Philippe buckle, Certificate of Origin and Patek Philippe burgundy suede pouch, case, dial and movement signed
37 mm. diam.
The production of this model, reference 3450, was launched in 1981. Between then and 1986, only 244 examples were produced; the majority being in yellow gold.
The present watch is from the second series with leap year indication in Roman numerals instead of the red leap year indicator of the first series.
