A PAIR OF EMPIRE ORMOLU AND BRONZE THREE-LIGHT CANDELABRA
Circa 1810, possibly North European
Each modelled as a woman supporting a bow, tied to the top with a quiver of arrows and with a trumpet to either end, raised upon an orb on a spreading canted pedestal decorated with classical figures and crescent moons with arched base and claw feet on a circular plinth, previously drilled for electricity, each inscribed to the underside, SB 24
