(Die gute Mutter) after a model by Michel Victor Acier, gilt and painted in colours, modelled as a mother seated in a fauteuil, a young boy with a hat hanging over her shoulder and touching her chin, on her lap a toddler wearing a turban hat with feathers and throwing playing cards around, beside the chair another boy seated on a stool and holding playing cards, all wearing floral-patterned 18th century attire, raised on oval foliage rockwork base (minute chips)
