An engraved dated armorial claret jug and stopper
of flattened pear shape with a tear shaped stopper, engraved with an Irish harp within a beaded oval panel with seated hound bearers below a banner inscribed with the motto ERIN GO BRAGH and crown, above the date 1882, the reverse with a crest, above bands of leaves, the stopper engraved with a harp and shamrocks, 1882 (chips to rim and footrim, the stopper broken at the shaft and repaired, the stopper stuck firm) -- 31cm. high
