Early Dynastic III, Circa 2500 B.C.
Standing with his elbows bent acutely, his hands clasped at his bare chest, wearing a five-tiered kaunakes, the petal-shaped tufts delineated by incision, topped with a rounded belt, the tie falling in back on the left side, his large head with a bald pate, prominent ears and small lips pursed together, the large recessed eyes and the arching brows once inlaid, preserving traces of bitumen within the recesses, standing on an integral base with a supporting back pillar
